I'm trying to do my part to make that happen... As far as Twitter goes, yes, there are some rude and crazy people on it. But really it comes down to two things... First, be selective in who you follow, and stop following people who are rude/crazy. Second, select the "Following" tab instead of the "For You" Tab.
