How the Media Misleads You...
The news media is like a food addiction. In some ways, it's easier to quit smoking than to lose weight, because to quit smoking you need to completely cut out cigarettes, but you can't totally stop eating. You need food or you will die, so losing weight means that you have to constantly expose yourself to that which is your addiction.
The news media is the same. The media has proven (at least to my satisfaction) that they are agenda-driven, political activists who don't really care about the objective truth anymore. But at the same time, it's important to stay informed of what is going on in our world.
I think that it is vital that we question what we hear and dig deeper for the truth.
