Hi Glenn, we have our phones and computer updated, but concerning Privacy, the gal we've been emailing back and forth for six weeks doesn't seem to understand our problem. The only bank connected with them that sounds like ours, but isn't, is a bank in Michigan. That gal at Privacy thinks we have an account over there, but we don't. They don't have anything to do with our bank in Montana. We even called our bank, and the one in Michigan to verify this. Obviously, God is saying that Privacy is not for us. It just hasn't turned out well.

That being said, do you know any desktop app that is like Privacy? How can mom use MySudo on her phone to do her shopping on her computer, which she always shops online with?

Hi Faith and Moni. You've emailed me back and forth on this a couple times, and I am still having a hard time understanding your point that they aren't seeing your bank. They give you two ways to connect your bank account to Privacy.com. The first way is a list of banks that you can choose from, but I don't like this way. I prefer the second option which is simply to enter your bank account number and your routing number, which you can get directly off of your check. This is the better way to do it and there won't be any confusion. The routing number specifically identifies your bank. As far as I know, they accept all US Banks in this way. As far as other options, as I said, MySudo is an option, but I don't like how it is only available on your phone and it's not available on desktop. You can search for "disposable credit card numbers" and there are some other options, but I don't have experience with them and therefore can't recommend them.
