🚰🤮 5-Point Update!
(Boil Notice in Houston, Privacy, Let's come together, The importance of free speech and more!)
“Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love.”
Francis of Assisi
Hi from Glenn!
I hope you are having a fantastic day!
Here are the five points I think you will like today...
🚰🤮 FIRST, I want to talk about the water contamination in Houston. Houston is currently under a boil notice, which means that people must boil the water before they drink it. Here is a quick video that I created a while ago to teach people about boil notices.
Also, I have more extensive training about water in an emergency here. This training is free for everyone, so please pass this along (Video 1, 2, and 3).
Please note that if you use a water distiller for your everyday water needs (which you should), you never have to worry about a boil notice. I recommend this water distiller.
Do you have any questions about water?
Do you know someone who needs to know this info? Please share this newsletter with them.
💻🛡 SECOND, if you haven’t heard, my Privacy Action Plan has started. Getting your online privacy ducks in a row involves so many things that for most people it’s simply overwhelming. So the Privacy Action Plan takes every little thing that you need to do and breaks them down into bite-sized actions for you to take.
Over the next two or three months, participants will receive two or three emails per week with little actions for you to take. Before you know it, you will be much more secure and private.
I will also hold periodic Live Q&A Webinars to answer any questions you have along the way. As I said, we started earlier this week and we have received a lot of positive feedback already.
If you need to know WHY you need to get private, watch this short video.
This Privacy Action Plan is made available exclusively to my premium members.
🧠🧼 THIRD, one of my goals with this newsletter is to try to build a bridge between people in the USA. We are more divided than we’ve ever been. I think the starting point for coming back together is to ask the question, “Can we agree that the vast majority of people in the USA are good people?”
This has to be the starting point. In order to come together, we need to see each other as real people who have families and contribute to society.
The vast majority of Americans are good people. I hope you don’t fall for the propaganda that the media is currently pushing that a large number of Conservatives are white racists.
This is absolutely false, it’s total manipulation, and it’s a very dangerous thing that the media is trying to do.
Yes, of course there are some people who are racists, but this is a tiny, tiny fraction of the population. I know many people, on both the left and the right, and I don’t know any racists.
The media is trying to divide us. They want division. They want chaos, because the media gains power when people are divided and scared. The media is, in fact, trying to incite violence between Americans.
I ask you to really ask yourself whether you started to believe this propaganda. If you did, you have been manipulated. Get outside of your echo chamber and get to know people with differing opinions. Push back on this narrative. I suggest that you start to listen to Glenn Beck and Libertarians such as Tom Woods or Ron Paul.
At the core, the vast majority of us are good people who want the same thing.
I urge you to see the good in people, and by doing so you bring out the best in them.
📜🇺🇸 FOURTH, the most important freedom we have is free speech. And it is getting torn away from us, and the very disturbing thing to me is that most people don’t know about the censorship, they don’t care about it, or they are even cheering it on. Free speech is closely related to privacy, and it’s essential for our Republic, and for human rights. Please watch this short video.
Please tell me whether this is something that concerns you. How can we get people to wake up and see the importance of not censoring people? Not cancelling people? The fact that “speech you hate” is not the same as “hate speech”? How can we build this bridge?
🥩🎻 FIFTH, I found this show by the late, great Anthony Bourdain called Raw Craft, that I think you will enjoy. In this show, he travels around finding people who still handcraft their products with artisanal love. Then Anthony weaves it together with his poetic production skills.
The first one is with a lady who hand crafts guitars.
And this next one is with a couple who handcraft cast-iron skillets.
I’d love to know if you like these videos.
Thanks for subscribing to my newsletter, and for actually reading it. I know you get a ton of email, so I appreciate that you find my newsletter worthy of your precious time.
Glenn 💛
💬 P.S. If you like this newsletter and you like what I have to say, please consider becoming a Premium Member. It’s only $5 per month (or give more if you can). I am an independent voice. I don’t work for anyone else, so the only money I make is from people who become premium subscribers. I think it’s important to support independent voices who are actual truth seekers, because this is a rare thing in our world today. Journalists have lost their way, and many commentators stoke the division and hate that is consuming our country. Your support will definitely help.
Hello, Glenn, from Diana in Portland. I plan to watch the entire interview with Ed Snowden. He has been a Hero of mine for quite a while and I want to understand more. I do watch The Liberty Report every day (Dr. Paul is another important Freedom Hero) and it helps me climb back out of the Rabbit Hole I sometimes fall into. Every episode helps me feel sane in spite of all of the lies and disinformation coming so from many directions. I also get Lewell Rockwell's daily list of articles that support Truth and Liberty. Thank God there are many Freedom Warriors now, and our numbers are growing!!
Thank you for these videos! I shared them with our kids' families. We are musicians and have visited a special guitar factory before, so this is right down our alley!
