Yes, and that also includes accepting responsibility for one's actions and their outcomes, instead of trying to blame it all on someone else or even trying to require others to do what one thinks will be of benefit to self. There is BOTH the responsibility of the group (assuming one is not a loner living in a hermitage) to cooperate to the benefit of the individual and the responsibility of the individual to (freely) behave in ways that nurture the group. It cannot be a one way street.
