Also, I believe North Dakota has a state-controlled bank - not connected to the Fed. Any banking people who can elucidate on this? Might be a good idea? Anyone have any ideas on how to find like minded people without too much control or struggle? These personal contacts come about more from chance connections than from formal advertising.
