My two bits: I am fully in favor of total and complete, in-depth surveillance of every aspect of the average citizen of the world - ON ONE CONDITION - all, all those connected with the proposing and implementing of such surveillance, all those elected and non-elected individuals and groups that want such surveillance should be publicly transparent to any one on the planet so that the public knows how well the rule makers are following the rules they make! Members of the public should not be able to view one another's data, that is for the rule-makers to view, but members of the public should definitely be able to view the rule-maker's data.
And should a rule-maker break a rule he/she has made the retribution should be a hundred times more than that for a citizen who breaks the same rule.
Now go ahead and do as much surveillance as you want!
