Thank you Connie. Yes, I was planning to put the mylar bags in a larger container. Yes mentioned metal, which is an interesting idea. You mean something like large popcorn cans? What about 5 gallon buckets that have been sealed air tight with additional oxygen absorbers? Thank you!

As long as it has a tight lid. Some popcorn cans don’t I have used garbage cans but also use Sam’s club or Costco frosting buckets. If they are really thick they can’t eat through them but they do try lol No you do not need more 02 absorbers but bay leaves scattered in bucket keeps bugs and rodents away. Any grains, freeze first for at least 3 days. Bring to room temp then fill bags add 02 and seal.
