Try Qi Gong to Help you Relax
If you are looking to decrease your stress levels right now, I suggest that you try Qi Gong. My wife has tried yoga and Tai Chi, and she liked them, but she recently discovered Qi Gong and she LOVES it! Specifically, she likes the videos from Jeffrey Chand.
