Whether we’re talking about pizza, barbeque, bread or beer, I love it when people put love and passion into their creations. I hardly ever drink alcohol, but when I do I love a really high quality beer. A beer that is made with TLC.
Here are three interesting perspectives on high quality beer.
FIRST, one of the key ingredients of beer is yeast. I always thought that yeast was just to turn sugar into alcohol, but it turns out that yeast may be one of the most significant contributors to the taste profile. This podcast will give you great insight into new discoveries into yeast and how it affects beer and wine.
SECOND, I admit to being a German beer snob. I love German beer, and I can drink it with confidence that I won’t get a hangover because of the German Purity Law of 1516. Yes, for 500 years they’ve been making beer with only 4 ingredients; hops, malt, water and yeast!
THIRD, this is a very interesting take on brewing beer.

Thank you, Glenn, for having collected this beer information in one bag. I have to taste the Jem's beer. I met it on sale in some shops but ignored, due to the high price and due to my lack of knowledge in this field.
Ben Franklin [probably misquote him ] God loved us because he gave us ingredients to make beer
