I will follow this meeting but know that my trust in you and your program has faltered and here is why.. About a year ago you convinced many of us to buy a zorin based computer from you or your associates, with assurance of quality and good support. From the start my computer would occasionally freeze and I sent it back for testing. Recently the battery in it began to swell, causing the keyboard to float so that every character would be typed two or three times for each stroke. I contacted the supplier but received no response. So please don't try to sell us any more merchandise, especially poorly constructed and poorly supported stuff.

Hi Peter, I'm sorry to hear that. I personally only recommend products that I use, and would recommend for my mother. I am surprised to hear this. Please send me a message at Support@PrivacyAcademy.com (and ask Ramona to send it to me) letting me know which supplier you purchased from. I will get in touch with them on your behalf and try to find out a solution.
