Hackers and scammers work together, and they do so as part of organized crime syndicates. They are very sophisticated. They are well funded. They are organized. They hire actors and top notch programmers. They have training programs, scripts and extensive infrastructure.
They are VERY GOOD at ripping you off.

So often when we “listen” we are full of judgements. We are listening for the pause that will allow us to jump in with our opinions.
But what if you really just stopped to listen?

With no preconceived ideas…
Without trying to win an arguement…
And you actually committed to hearing what they are trying to say.
